Tonight's Plan - Because You Care

Mark is making salsa chicken for dinner.

I am going to the gym for 7:00 pm with Julie for a half hour of treadmill and an hour of yoga/thai chi/pilates.

Home.

Heroes.

Bed.

Salsa Chicken sounds yummy! Please let me know how it was and if I should request the recipe?? (or just a date with Mark??)

Was good. Sweating for a purpose!

Chicken tighs
Spoon some salsa on each piece
grate some cheese over each piece
toss a little parm cheese on top

Cook at 400 for about 40-45 min.

Serve with salad and mix veggies. Or whatever.
